AI Jobs Tracker

The Jobs tab shows you a real-time status of all background AI processes running for your video — such as voiceover generation, AI image creation, subtitles, or video rendering.

📋 What You’ll See

Each job displays the following:

  • Job Type
    Examples: Asset Creation, Voiceover, Video Rendering, Subtitle Sync

  • Status
    Pending, In Progress, or Completed

  • Time
    Timestamp of when the job was completed (or started if pending)

  • Model (optional)
    If the job used a specific AI model, it will be shown here

🔄 Refreshing Status

Click Refresh Jobs in the top-right to update the list and check for newly finished jobs.

✅ Why This Matters

  • Some jobs like AI voiceovers or image generation can take a few seconds to complete

  • Use this view to ensure all steps have been generated before you publish or export

  • Helpful for debugging if something seems incomplete or out of sync
