Rules - How ShortsNinja Does It

Creating a consistent content flow can be overwhelming, but with ShortsNinja Series Automation, your Shorts schedule runs like a machine. Here’s how we take care of it behind the scenes so you can stay creative while we stay on time.

How Series Automation Works

Videos Are Generated in Advance
When you create a new series, ShortsNinja immediately schedules the first few videos so you’re up and running without delay.

  • Based on your selected posting frequency, we automatically queue videos for the next 3 days.

  • For example, if you choose to post 1 video per day, 3 videos will be generated upfront.

Titles Are Generated First — and Editable
We plan ahead to give you creative control.

  • 3 days before a video is scheduled, we generate a title suggestion for it.

  • You can edit the title manually at any time before the script and visuals are created.

  • If you do nothing, ShortsNinja proceeds with the generated title.

Assets Are Created 2 Days Before
We begin building the video’s assets, voiceover, and visual plan 2 days before its scheduled publish date.

  • If you want to tweak the video, this is the best window.

Rendering Happens the Night Before
The full video is rendered the night before it’s set to go live.

  • You can make edits up until this point.

  • Want to preview or speed things up? You can always manually trigger rendering earlier.

New Videos Are Scheduled Every Night
Every night, ShortsNinja checks your active series and queues the next batch of videos, always staying ahead by 3 days.

  • This gives you enough time to review and refine future videos.

Automation Pauses if You Run Out of Credits
If your account hits 0 credits, your series automation is automatically paused, and moved to disabled status.

  • After topping up your credits, you can re-enable the series, and we’ll recalculate future publish dates starting from tomorrow.

✅ Best Practices

  • Monitor your credit balance to ensure automation continues smoothly.

  • Use the manual edit and render options to take more control when needed.

  • Remember, titles → assets → rendering follow a daily timeline — plan edits accordingly.
