Controlling the Series

Managing your automated video series in ShortsNinja doesn’t mean giving up control — quite the opposite. You can edit, override, or even regenerate upcoming videos whenever needed. Here’s what you can do to stay fully in command.

📝 Edit Your Series Settings

You can change the voice, visual style, post frequency, or social account any time by clicking the Edit button at the top of the Series page.

✍️ Manually Generate Next Titles

If you don’t want to wait for the nightly automation cycle, click the “Generate Next Titles” button to immediately queue the next video titles.

  • This is useful after deleting videos or adjusting scheduling preferences.

🎥 View All Generated Videos

Scroll through the list of generated videos in the Videos section of the Series page.

  • You’ll see each video’s title, publish date, and current status (Initial, Published, etc.).

  • Use the View or Actions menu to manage each one.

⚙️ Create Video Assets Ahead of Time

Want to work ahead? Use the Actions → Create Assets option to trigger video generation early.

  • Once the assets (script, visuals, voiceover) are ready, you can edit and render them manually before their scheduled timeline.

🗑️ Delete and Regenerate

Need to remove a scheduled video? Click Actions → Delete.

  • After deleting, click Generate Next Titles again to fill in the gap with a new video.

  • This keeps your schedule aligned without skipping dates.

✏️ Edit Titles Before Asset Generation

You can edit the video title manually before we start creating the script, visuals, and voiceover.

  • Titles are generated 3 days before the scheduled publish date.

  • Simply click the ✏️ icon next to the title to update it.

  • Your updated title will be used when we generate the video script and assets 2 days before the publish date.
